Haywagon Supply Co. sells made-to-order apparel at haywagonsupply.com. This page describes exactly what we collect and who it reaches. It is short because we collect little.
If you buy something, our checkout is hosted by Stripe, which collects your email address, shipping address, and payment details. We never see or store your card number — it goes to Stripe directly.
After a successful payment we keep a record of the order: what was bought, the size, the amount paid, your email address, and the shipping address needed to send the parcel. Browsing the site without buying leaves us none of that.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email.
We run ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and this site includes the Meta pixel. It tells us that a visit, a checkout start, or a purchase happened, so we can tell whether an ad worked. It reports the amount of a purchase; it is not sent your name, email, or address. You can limit this in your Meta ad settings, or with a browser or extension that blocks trackers — the shop works either way.
We keep order records for as long as we may need them for support, returns, and tax records. Write to hello@haywagonsupply.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — anything we are not required to keep for tax purposes.
This shop is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
